Individual or Multi-Unit Properties, Residential or Commercial Housing up to 24 units.
Starts as minimum line amount of 1 million, and goes all the way to 25 million.
80% LTV, 18-24 month terms, Purchase or Refinance with fixed or floating rate options.
Foreign Nationals are eligible for this product. Or in any state other than NY or ND.
Interest Rate based off of SOFR (Secured Overnight Funds Rate) + 5.25
Time to Close- 20 days on Average. Pre-Payment Penalty = 0
Recourse and Non-Recourse Options Available. Anything over 3 Million will automatically be Recourse.
